Do you even sulforaphane?

Do you even sulforaphane?

In episode #901 of the Joe Rogan Experience  - Dr. Rhonda Patrick explains why she thinks we need to increase the amount of Sulforaphane in our diets.

Formed when we break down plant tissues in specific green vegetables (particularly broccoli sprouts). Sulforaphane is thought to be one of the most potent dietary activators of the genetic pathway NRF2, which is thought to regulate over 200 different genes.

Dr Patrick explains why she thinks Sulforaphane is potentially so important in the battle against inflammation, the benefits this may bring you and the best way to increase it naturally in our diets.

Because CBD and adaptogens act in a similar way, when taken together, they have the potential to enhance or elevate the benefits of the other. Combine CBD's calming, anti-anxiety qualities with a variety of adaptogens to amp up their effects and gain the health advantages of each.
To get the most out of your broccoli sprouts, we recommend pairing them with hemp CBD, CBG, CBC, and CBN.

So give this a try the next time you're looking for a great superfood elixir. Make a smoothie with one drop of Full Spectrum CBD. If you're dealing with inflammation, Raw Botanics Broad Spectrum CBG RESTORE is a good option.

This smoothie is one of our favorites:
1 tablespoon hemp seeds 2 cups filtered water
2 c. spinach, baby
1/2 cup blanched broccoli sprouts
a frozen banana
1 c. strawberries, frozen
pineapple chunks (frozen) 1/4 cup
cocoa powder, 1 tbsp
Raw Botanics RISE CBD, 1 Serving

Fill the base of a high-powered blender halfway with water, CBD, hemp seeds, spinach, broccoli sprouts, banana, strawberries, pineapple pieces, and cocoa powder.
Blend on high for at least 45 seconds on “smoothie” mode.
Smooth and creamy texture is preferred. Right away, serve.

Joe Rogan and Dr. Rhonda Patrick are both supporters of hemp, adaptogens, and natural wellness, which comes as no surprise.
